The Alchemist is a scientist, an innovator, an inventor.
While some distilleries continue to use expensive, traditional copper stills, recipes and methods that haven’t changed in hundreds of years. The Alchemist engages with modern technology to improve an age-old tradition. Like the modernist cuisine movement the Alchemist uses tools normally found in a lab to make the best spirits you will ever taste.
Every bottle from our distillery is the result of hundreds of experiments. Some result in something rather strange, others in something truly special, something not tasted anywhere before. Our blending experiments, our blind taste tests, our unashamedly complete disregard for tradition is all done in the pursuit of creating something you must try.
